The problem with most businesses is not that their owners don’t know enough about business, but they focus all the time doing and defending what they (already) know. In order to obtain better results, you will have to start unlearning the (good and bad) things you know and got you right where you are, and relearn new things that will help you get where you want to be.

In other words, you need to think differently. And the best way to think differently is through the power of the transformational thinking that coaching brings. I have discovered that principle only after I have failed big time with two of my previous businesses.

I was only 25 years old when I started my fist company. I graduated from Business Law and I wanted to offer professional consultancy in business management. That didn’t work very well in the beginning. Even if I was a good specialist, my level of awareness was so low that everything I was doing was negatively affected.

And then, I got into a „real” business who put me in the position of leading my own people, negotiating hundreds of scrap and transportation contracts and dealing with extremely though people.

It worked out very well for a while, I even got the company to the top, but shortly after I have lost everything. Everything I had ever owned magically vanished. And I started to ask myself: Why did I fail? What happened? Even now, looking at my business, there was nothing wrong to it. I was!

A wise person once said: „know thyself.”

Many people say that businesses just don’t work. And they are right. People who own them do! So, the problem is not your business, but with the way you work on it

I clearly understood this few years later when I read my first leadership book, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, which states that Leadership ability is a lid that determines a person’s level of effectiveness and the potential impact of your organization. At least this is what no. 1 leadership expert John Maxwell says.

In other words, if a person’s level of thinking and leading is not strong, then the organization is limited.

So, coaching is for those people who really want to go deep into themselves to unleash the potential within and expressed it in real, tangible results.

If you understand this last statement and hire a coach, you will access the power of creating an extraordinary life and business.

But if you ignore this idea, you will probably face the same struggles year after year trying to survive.

My business has radically changed when I became aware of what was holding me back and that happened through a thinking process in a coaching session. So, even I have a coach. That is compulsory for every business owner.

Coaching is not only changing the way we do business, but is changing who stays in business because it has the power to transform a small business into a big organization. This process is the most predictable way to produce results in your business, if you are willing to give it enough time and attention.

The process does require enough time and much effort, but you will gain the level of control you need to transform your paradigms and your business from the current situation to the desired one. Time is absolutely necessary for the transformation you intend to create in yourself and your company.  After all, our businesses are an accurate reflection of whom we are. Your business will never give you what you are not willing to give to it.

And attention is required for the thinking process. Transformational thinking applies not only to your business, but to your entire life. Once you get it right, your life and your business will never be the same. That’s a promise!

It takes the right kind of attention and intention and a high intuitive understanding for a coach to open new dimensions of thinking for you, so you can get a more clearly perspective over your life and business.

Think of a coach as the person who holds a mirror for you, so you can see yourself exactly as you are, knowing what you know and don’t know and projecting the image of your business to a higher level of significance for the market you serve.

If you want to develop an extraordinary business and life, you will have to get involved into a continuously growing process, a never-ending inquiry, confronting/dealing the forces within yourself and without, so you can touch new levels of thinking/awareness.

What I mean by that is that you should take into consideration the fact that every beginning has an ending and every ending has a beginning. Nothing and nobody stays the same. Once you achieve a level of success, another one is waiting for you. And through the help of a coach you can make this transitions easily and in a non-dramatic manner.
